Workflow Design and Process Analysis

Our project approach and management is well structured to suite the Client’s objectives and ensure that all aspects of the entire process cycle is properly assessed using structured methodology. Based on the past experience in handling projects of similar nature, we will adopt the best suited approach taking into account of the process cycle within the organization.

Our approach to the project is based on the well-structured Workflow Analysis components that are used to address the entire information cycle manually operated with a sole objective of achieving user friendly, objective oriented and complete system requirements for comprehensive computerized process that will cater for all current and future developments and administrative requirements of the Client’s system.

Assessment of HARDWARE REQUIREMENT for the Systems

Based on the process analysis and workflow design, we would prepare a software functionality requirement to enable software developer to prepare a prototype of the system containing all functionalities to achieve the information flow and the entire work process from inception to conclusion of activities undertaken by the organizations.

It will be software development team to then present the Prototype program to the stakeholders / client for the review of functionalities to confirm that the results produced from the computerized system are in accordance and complying with the expected results.

Upon establishing the detailed requirements of the system’s real time information flow, we will then establish the system configuration required to implement the entire system. Based on the requirement of geographical locations of the system we will propose the most appropriate and economical method of procurement of hardware to execute the computerized system and also internet connectivity requirement.
